We were on holiday with 2 families (8 people), we liked the apartment, everything was clean and beautiful, the apartment had everything we needed, comfortable mattresses, everything was new, and the Internet was fine. within walking distance to supermarkets and the sea. It was a perfect facility. Furnished well. Clean and considerate owner as s/he even put some drinks and everthing was ready to use for the guests. Location is great. We forgot a mobile phone there and he contacted us to deliver it. Literally wonderful.

We loved absolutely everything - the location is great, the room exceptionally beautiful and comfortable and the staff so polite and helpful:) Was a little hesitant to book the room since the hotel hadn’t opened at the time but after communicating with a staff member I decided to take a chance and that is not a decision we regret. Everything is so beautiful and clean, the smell in the building in general was amazing and everywhere you looked you could see big and small details that had a wow factor. Beds very comfortable, we have never felt towels as thick and soft and the bathrobes in the rooms were super! The small kitchen was nice and in the fridge there were bottles of water, milk and soda. If we needed anything we could use the iPad in the room to ask and things were delivered right away! Check in easy and the little lounge such a nice thing. Wbreakfast included and it’s safe to recommend that, we walked for a minute to a cozy restaurant and had some great food options + warm and cold drinks👌 I could go and and on but will just end with saying we will be back❤️

Beautiful apartment. Very clean (they provide cleaning services every day). Very nicely decorated. Excellent location (next to Holyrood Palace). If you need more tea or coffee or anything, you can just collect it from the reception (open 24h). Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to Peter). Everything is high quality (also cosmetics in the bathroom).

Clean , quiet, and spacious rooms. Excellent location. Friendly staff. I stayed in an Edinburgh hotel before, and this is definitely a better experience. Will definitely stay here again. Having a washer , a dishwasher, and a kitchen was very handy.
