On the good side: I got upgraded to an apartment. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful shower. Super clean. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook. Super hospitality and assistance by the caring Alberto. Elevator to the 5th floor. Very close to Earl's Court underground station which has easy access. If you get there early before check in which is at 4:00 p.m. you can sit in the waiting room or leave the luggage there. The place is secured and there is someone at the desk 24/7 which is awesome! Note that there is a 150 year old elevator to the 5th floor, so if you're on the 6th floor you have some stairs to climb, however, you can ask for assistance and they will be glad to assist you with luggage. As it being a very old elevator it is expected not to work smoothly all the time, but because it's the only elevator - they do everything to get it working again as soon as possible.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful...or as they say in London - BRILLIANT! Incredible location near KENSINGTON PALACE, very kind staff, and incredible accommodations. Beautifully appointed, spacious, with views of the park, we were thrilled at the apartment. They even left some provisions in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Could not have been happier.

The room layout was great.The bed and the pillows were quite comfortable and the wardrobe space was good with decent hangers. The interior of the hotel was impressive. The location is also very central. We stayed with my husband for 3 nights and we are very happy with the hotel overall. We will definitely come back.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was just next to Hyde Park. It was very close to public transportation. There were cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel.
