The hotel location was just next to Westfield shopping mall and 7 mins walk to shepherd's bush station. The staff were very friendly. The room was very big and had a very big TV screen. It was a very clean room too.

This is such a gem, I loved everything about it! The location is perfect (2 minute walk from the tube, M&S, shops and restaurants very close), kitchen and bathroom both very well equipped. The whole apartment was clean and there were lovely tiny touches to make it perfect - such as hot chocolate and lots of books to read. I often stay in London and this is my favourite accommodation so far!

Top location, incredible setting/furniture/space, good access to subway and busses, across the street from Kensington Park, good restaurants nearby. You are 10 to 15 minutes to the major London attractions. The shower is the absolute best one I have ever seen!

A really nice place to stay both for short and long stays. Unfortunately stayed for just a night but I definitely see myself staying here for much longer in the future. There were so many interesting facilities such as a private cinema which I did not get to try during my stay. The property had a very clean driveway, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Proximity to Sainsbury's and Waitrose was fantastic. Harrods isn't that far away, and Cromwell hospital, a variety of restaurants are a stone through away. Basically, personally this is an ideal property for vacation with family.
