We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!

My recent stay here was definitely unforgettable. The building is located in a developing area, which gave me a unique chance to see the city in motion and experience the local pace of life. From the window, you can even spot the fascinating sight of construction cranes at work — something you don’t see every day on vacation! The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a short city break. Towels, bedding, and basic toiletries were provided, and having a refrigerator and sink was very convenient. The room had great natural light during the day, which I really enjoyed. One thing that stood out was the location — close to the sea and city attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. If you’re someone who likes to witness the transformation of a city and doesn’t mind a lively atmosphere, this place offers an authentic and one-of-a-kind experience.

The apartment was extremely spacious and clean and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. The communication between the owner and us was excellent via using WhatsApp. For us it was in walking distance to what we needed, but not necessarily for tourist places, although short distances by taxi.

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning
