Wonderful hotel, not too big and with a very curated breakfast offering diversity and quality daily. The room was very comfortable and the pool and beach very accessible. Great location!

Great location, sea view, breakfast, staff and hospitality. Waking up with the sun and waves was a peaceful experience. Free car parking area near the hotel, all seaside restaurants, snack bars etc are nearby. Famous beaches are 20 to 60 mins away. Markets, bakery, city center are all walking distance. Bars (some nights live music) are not disturbing when you close the windows. Kissamos is a small seaside town (it was our first time), but we found everything we needed and also with good prices. We preferred local restaurants which the owners recommended. Breakfast served at the hotel was also great (for 7-10 €), also we had free welcome desert and drink.

I'd arranged to leave my bags on the morning of my arrival, not only was this easy to arrange, but my room was made available to me when I turned up. The whole place was chilled and homely. My appointment had plenty of space and kitchen appliances. There's a mini market just over the road, and two or three restaurants v close by. Extremely friendly hosts, who included both red wine and a small bottle of spirits in the room.

We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change. The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park. The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load. These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

I really liked how peaceful and beautiful the place was. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is great—close to Elafonisi Beach but still quiet and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well taken care of. Great spot for a relaxing stay in Crete!

We had a wonderful stay at Louladakis Apartments. The guys at the reception were awesome, we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great, he gave us some great tips and tricks, always there to help and answer all our questions and very polite and helpful. They were able to give us beach umbrellas to use them while we were there, the ladies who were cleaning our rooms were very cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean, we had a drying rack on the balcony and the AC was very nice. The building has an elevator too, which was very surprising but useful for elderly people maybe or if you have many luggages. There is a jacuzzi on the last floor, we didn’t use it but the view from there is amazing at night, it is a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and recommend with our whole hearts. By the way, i saw in reviews others complaining about the noise from the 2 restaurants across the building, we didn't hear any noise, it was very peaceful at night so no need to worry about that, and we were there during the high season I would say in August. Many thanks to everyone at the Louladakis! We've had a very pleasant stay there!

We had an extraordinary stay at Petras Resort and especially the very empathic and service minded receptionist Alexandros made a very positive difference. When we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful white female cat that was obviously very pregnant. This sweet and lovely cat came to our apartement several times and was very communicative. We formed a bond with the cat and at the end of our stay it gave birth to three tiny kittens in front of us. An amazing experience. Alexandros and his colleauges promised to take care of the mother cat and its kittens when we left even though it was not their formal responsability. We really appreciate the positive and professional engagement the staff showed in this unusual situation. The white cat is a great ambassador for the hotel and we hope that she will be there next time we come. The apartement hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed. We had out own pool but could also use the infinity pool in front of the reception. The area is quiet and you need a car to go there. But it is beautiful and very peaceful.
