Nice territory with table to sit outside. Host is nice, but leaves you to operate completely independently, which is very good. All the kitchen utensils and even beach umbrella available. Nice base to explore Siracuse and nearby beaches, if you are travelling by car.

The ambiance is great. We liked the fact that our balcony had a view of the sea, and that there was a front balcony as well that looked into the garden. The breakfast was excellent. Staff prepared the type of breakfast that we wanted (e.g., omelettes). We felt at home.

We had such a wonderful stay at Xenia apartments! The place was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location couldn’t be better, everything was just within reach. It is an extremely comfortable B&B. Living room, bathroom, bedroom, room size all happen to benefit well. Each room has a small balcony with a beautiful sea view. Getting up in the morning, I stepped into the small balcony, took a deep breath, and saw the clear sky, amazing clouds, and the blue sea in the distance, which is a beautiful beginning of the day. The facilities in the room are not perfunctory at all, and are sincerely for what the guests need. The heated towel rack for drying is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for this B&B, which relieved my fatigue on the travelling road and show me a more beautiful city!
