The residence is located in quiet street. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen very well equipped for a small cooking - even a small oven is provided. The biggest advantage is the spacious balcony with a sea view. There is also a private parking inside. The reception lady was very kind and supportive when we asked her anything. The beach is in the vicinity - just 5 minutes down the street by walk. The city centre is also reacheable by foot. In the city there is a train station with direct IC trains to Genova.

A 3-minute walk from public beaches at Ospedaletti, this modern residence offers an outdoor pool, sun terrace and garden.

The apartment was perfectly comfortable in so many ways: the seaside view, the bed was very comfy, the location (perfect!) and all the amenities to make you feel at home. The owner was incredibly kind, she went out of her way to meet all our needs, from adjusting the payment due to a delayed flight to being friendly and helpful during our stay. We have had a dream trip because of Residence Costa Templada and dream of returning! Mille Gracie!

A wonderful place to relax with family, especially with children. There is a playground, toys, bicycles, and scooters. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room is spacious and offers a magnificent view from the window. There is also a laundry room and an iron available.
