Excellent receptionist lady. Very very friendly. She even knew what allen key was when i was wanting one for our motorbike repair. Bike was parked easily next to the hotel. They had small tool set which saved our day. Staff at the terrace bar, 10/10 points! Nice lady serving drinks and young lad straight from the hospitality school was excellent. We got some extra service from this duo and felt like royalty. Better than average Italian breakfast. Bacon and eggs were really tasty. Fruits available and good coffee.

I really liked the position, the garden, the animals, the room. Everything was really comfortable like a house with a garden. There are swings and there is a coffee machine. It is an ideal place for children definitely. We want to go back!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. There really isn't anything to complain about!Breakfast was very good, the commitment to eco and organic, local produce and product is evident.

Aba Village's apartments are set in a garden with swimming pool, all just within 800 metres of the sandy beach of Follonica. The mediaeval village of Scarlino is a 10-minute drive away.

We stayed in a nice apartment for 6 people. It had a basic kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Also a nice little balcony with drying rack. The pool was nice, also a small pool for small children. Remember that you have to wear a swimming cap. Can be bought in the reception for 3€. The breakfast was very nice with good selection of things to choose from. Also gluten free options available. Lots of nice homemade cakes. Staff is friendly and helpful! Walking about 5-10 min you get to some restaurants and the yacht club. The beaches nearby are within walking distance from the ABA Village. With a car you can reach many nice beaches quickly.

Set in Principina Terra in the unspoilt Maremma area along the coast of Tuscany, the peaceful Residenza Principina is a 10-minute drive from Principina a Mare, the closest seaside location.
