The property has excellent location as within walking distance are the main central squares of Como, the port where you can buy tickets for cruises in Como, many small coffee shops-cafes where you can take breakfast and last but not least a supermarket to get some basic staff for the days you will stay at La Perla! Also the help of the staff, Federica and Carolina was valuable both before and during our stay!

Such a memorable weekend, the staff were so hospitable and always went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautifully furnished and beds plush and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite which had ample space complimented by views of the lake and lots of natural sunlight. The hotel's curated grounds and gardens meant that we were able to enjoy the sounds of birds and nature - it had a truly tranquil feel. Included breakfast was just divine with lots of fresh options. There were many water activities available such across the road, and the ferry dock was a 2 min walk away. We wish we stayed longer and can't wait to return - thank you for hosting us!

I usually forget to comment on reservations, but this palace forced me to comment. Frankly, this is the best place I stayed in during my trip that started from Rome. Of course, this palace has been owned by a family for generations and has been updated in a modern style. I will definitely return 👍

HIGHLY recommended. It is located very private and super comfortable to travel around with a car. It's peaceful stay. With beautiful hosts, that own a restaurant and bistro just few minutes walking distance. ANd yes you have to try their food. Sadly it was Monday upon our stay and only half of the restaurant was working - we've been informed about it in the morning - Mondays they only serve pizza - but oh well.. when it comes staight from Gods Oven.. Me and my Husband are foodies big time - we did love the food and the stay. What more to say? We were in a tricky situation - had to ave work calls, and we didnt have a right location - I have asked if we could be let in earlier and we were told that there is no problem at all - the room is ready for us. IT WAS many MANY ours before official check in. I wont ever forget how caring you were. Thank You so much. L,M.B. next time we are in Italy - we are coming for a visit <3

Residence la Limonera is a very beautiful accommodation in the heart of Bellagio. Our room had views of the garden as well as a little bit of view of the lake. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. We had one room with two beds (one double bed and one double sofa bed), but the beds were partitioned by furniture, which was great as we had some privacy as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We tripped by company of 7 people and we enjoyed these appartments very well. All beds are comfortable, all things on a kitchen working well. The owner of appartments was so friendly. I give 10 points from 10, very nice!
