The location is super easy to find from the port and had secured parking since I arrived with a rental car. They were able to accomodate an early check in which was most helpful to maximize time on the island. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the complex had a great vibe. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary items. Bathroom was quite large and spacious as well. Very easy to settle into and start vacation. The pool area was fabulous and relaxing. The pool was just the right temperature to cool down from the heat. Easy walk into town day or night, no issues at all. I was so glad I elected to stay close to town vs at the beach as the town really comes alive at night with everyone out for drinks and dinner. The resort was just away enough to not be bothered by any of the noise. Super easy to move about the island from this location as well. Really everything was great and set up for a nice experience.

Recommend this place 100%. The apartment was beautifully renovated (the whole complex was built in 2017). Bathroom and shower were amazing. The bedroom was beautiful, high ceilings, and large. The two ac's worked amazingly. You are a 3 minute walk to every restaurant. And above all, Fabio the host was lovely. Additionally we got a cleaning and change of linen after 2 days, the cleaning was done fantastically. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Worth every dollar!

We had a wonderful stay! Giorgio, the hotel keeper, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our trip easier. He picked us up from the center, prepared us a coffee at 7 am, and even drove us very early in the morning to catch the ferry. His hospitality made all the difference. thank you, Giorgio!

Brilliant! 5 mins walk into town or 20 mins to the nearest beach. You can rent a bike from Fabio for €5 to get around the island faster - highly recommend. The flat is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with drying rack. Fabio was really kind and helpful, lending me oil and salt for cooking and goggles for swimming. Check out is early at 10am but you can keep your luggage in reception and use the outdoor shower and changing room to get ready if leaving the island later.

Villa Rocce Bianche was truly an extraordinary property. It was only a short ride to town, yet it felt private and tucked away in a magical setting. The atmosphere gave us the feeling of Favignana—raw and authentic, yet with every modern comfort. The pool was inviting, some days we didn’t even want to leave. A big thank you to Francesco for being so helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend Villa Roche Bianche!

Amazing...Amazing...Amazing! Everything about Villa Pirreca was perfect...secluded location, beautiful setting, relaxing accommodations, and the delicious breakfast. Apartman is huge. One bedroom with double room and living room/kitchen with sofa. Kitchen with all needed kitchen stuff as plates, cutlery, cup, pots, cheese grater (of course 🤭), freezer and fridge. Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower - bit small to assist kids with shower 😬 functional air-condition and total dark in the room if you close windows and shades. We rent bikes, as the apartment help us to manage. They brough them into apartment and take them from there two - also available with kids seats. Apparently, nobody thinks of helmets, so be aware and psychically prepared 😂. Anyway, the apartment was great and big enough to store our stroller inside too. We got our apartment at the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. Everything is close enough, yet no noise from busy streets. ❤️
