My stay at Palazzo Martellini was wonderful! The team's attention and kindness were exceptional. The location, so close to Ponte di Santa Trinita, was perfect for exploring. The apartment had most of the required facilities (Except Iron). But bar that, it was exceptionally clean, spacious and in a good/safe district. Very close to bus stations but also walking distance to most attractions. Laura at reception was very kind and helpful to us. We only regret not eating in the LA Farina Restaurant. Great stay and choice for others.

Residence Leopoldo was a jackpot. Great personnel, amiable and helpful, the apartment was perfect in terms of design, cosiness, and amenities on the spot. As a bonus feature - great chianti (for purchasing) at the reception desk. Tram station just 50m from the apartment, as well as a great trattoria Fratelli Briganti (5min walking from the place). I wouldn't mind staying at Leopoldo's next time when in Firenza.

I loved my short trip to Florence. I have booked the suite in the very center and it was comfy - everything is close. The place is super clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful and stylish. I had a basic rate, but despite the very small fee, I was still offered free coffee, tea and snacks. cool! Administrator Lika, who did my check-in, was very kind and told me which exhibitions I could go to. Great work, guys, thanks!

    It’s an incredible property with the best amenities one can ask for ! Location is bang on ! Hands down the best serviced apartment ever stayed at ! We were in a 2 bed apartment family of five. We were shocked at how big the layout was. Yes it was very expensive but you pay for what you get.

    Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.
