This was such an amazing stay! The apartment was fitted with everything we needed! I had a race on the Saturday morning so this accommodation was perfect & allowed me to relax & be ready! The host (Fulvia) was super super friendly! They gave us contacts for a driver & pointed us in the direction of local points of interest! The house was super clean & no smells, stains or issues to complain about!

We stayed for one night only to be close to the aiport for our return flight in the morning. The rooms were clean and spacious and were great for the price. The reception helped us by organizing shuttles to and from the airport for our large group of 9 people, and the driver Mattia was incredibly kind.

I booked this apartment initially because it was closer to the airport for a next day flight. It was a nice surprise. The apartment had a lovely terrace and was so close to the beach. The beach was amazing and uncrowded. We were there in April though and I imagine it gets a lot busier in the Sumer months. The apartment was on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. Bonus! There were restaurants close by and parking right in front of the building. I wish that we had booked a couple of nights more at this apartment.

The location of this place was kind of far from the hustle and bustle of Rome, but we planned it out that way as this was the final leg of our trip and we were using this time to relax and prepare ourselves for our trip home. I loved that we were right by the beach. I really enjoyed that we had a washer in our unit as we were able wash laundry before going home. It was also a plus that the apartment had a full kitchen as we were able to cook "at home" and also reheat food that we came home with. I love how clean and quiet the apartment was. Everything from walking in the gate was clean new looking! I also love how if we had any questions we could send a message and get a response within minutes.

The Arcom Palace was extremely comfortable, spacious and great value for money. Staff were great and we had a wonderful few nights. Good base for exploring Rome if you are driving.

Food and swimming pool are amazing, also people there - simple and polite. Nice atmosphere. If we visit this part of Italia, we will come back to Villa Patrizia. :)

Amazing! The apartment had everything we needed. Perfect for families, they provided us with a travel cot for our baby. Heating and AC. Washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen even had essentials like oil, salt, pepper in case you want to cook. Apartment was spotless. Super easy to check in and out. We had tv with Netflix. We’ve never been so impressed with accommodation. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.
