Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :)

We stayed in a 2-room appartment with 4 kids and 2 adults, and everyone was feeling comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, big table, a TV and a comfy sofa. As my son has asthma, it was important for us that the pillows were hypoallergenic, which they were. They also provide a bunch of towels for each guest. You can rent a bike with a child seat for free from them. The staff was friendly and willingly reacted to all our requests. The residence is situated in a close proximity to the sea (3mins of walk) and the neighborhood is really nice. They provide a discount for an affiliate beach (2 beds and umbrella will cost you €13,75 per day. 1 bed around €5). I would return here once again and would definitely recommend Verbena residence to everyone.

Location is really fantastic, everything is within a 10 min walking distance (or a 2 min ride with a taxi) -airport, beach, shops, playground. Staff was great too: kind, helpful, everybody spoke english etc. The room was fantastic, the kitchen was fully equipped w everything we wanted, great big balcony too. Pool was excellent. Free gym and washing opportunities. Though its really close to the airport, we didn't hear any plane once.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. From the bedroom and kitchen there was access to the private terrace, which was both sea-facing and facing the side street. Right from the bed we had a nice view of the sea which is very close. Quiet street but at the same time restaurants were close by. We appreciated the free parking at the accommodation, the possibility to rent a bike for free and also the spacious sun terrace on the roof of the house. We felt very comfortable here.

The apartment is well-equipped and so comfortable: towels, soaps, kitchen equipments (glasses, plates, microwave etc…), everything what we needed during 10 days. The room was really clean. The parking is nearby the house. The staff was very helpful. I needed car service and they helped to look for a service and they spoke them too. (Thanks again :)) The beach, shops and everything are a few steps. Extra discounts brossure (beach, restaurant) from reception.

Probably the nicest place I booked via this platform! The apartment we booked was modern, had everything you'd need, very clean, had nice and comfy beds and the staff was lovely and extremely nice. The airport is a walking distance from the rental which was quite nice. You have the beach near by, and if you don't fancy walking- you can take a bus to the city center.

    Nice place with swimming pool on the roof with fabulous views. Beach is pretty close to the Wally and the beach is pretty good and clean. There are a nice supermarket and some coffee shops very close to the Wally what is the must for the apart hotels. In general - nice hotel in a nice town) Would recommend for families.
