Clean and safe. I personally enjoyed the location being on Irabu island away from the centre of Miyakojima, as it gave us lots of chances to drive across the big bridge and explore some lesser known beaches.

Comfy and spacius apartment, probably fits 4 but i was alone. Good internet for remote work (around 50mbps... slows down around 10pm). It's a bit outside of miyako town, so better have a bike/scooter/car/etc to move around. Otherwise, 15-20min walk. There is a bus stop in front of it. Supermarket 10mins walk. A couple of restaurants around. The building has no staff and all the check in process is done at the office of Pine car rental, near the airport (15mins drive from the apartment- 4km away). Free shuttle service provided Airport-Car rental Office-Apartment. They kept my bags on the last day. Good value for money. I stayed 10days with them. Very responsive to messages on the app. Staff speaks decent/good English, very polite.

A pretty, spacy apartment, with good wifi. We rented a car, so a free parking spot was very helpful. It was interesting to get a feeling of a traditional type of accommodation (floor, beds etc).

Everything was perfectly smooth and convenient; we had pre organised an airport shuttle and hire car through the hotel in advance and it was like clockwork. The hire car was good quality, the room was good (including free laundry machine) On our departure day we were concerned a shuttle leaving at 8am would be too late for our 8.55am flight... In fact we were still ready to board 20 minutes early! They also have rentals for equipment that are competitively priced vs. other locations ,

The room was great. In suite laundry was a huge convenience. The place even had a couch to relax when the weather was bad. I rented an electric bike so the location was great. There is a super market 15 minutes away by foot as well.
