A wonderful hotel with a stunning view! We truly loved our stay. Looking on the breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor was unforgettable. The sea is just steps away, and we really enjoyed spending time by the water. Ana was incredibly kind and helpful – she made us feel genuinely welcome and even checked in with us later during our trip to see how we were doing. That personal touch meant a lot. There are free bicycles available for guests, which was a great way to explore the area, and having private parking right next to the property was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and warm experience.

I very liked the accommodation it’s very well located and has a beautiful view to the bay. The best was the host, she and her colleague were the best, the communication was easy and they were very helpful.

First of all, the staff are the nicest people you could meet, thank you to Demir and Filipe for all of your help during our wonderful stay. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking and the sun sets over the mountain every evening, The pool is also lovely and well maintained and a lovely place to relax during the day. The rooms were spotless, with really comfy beds. This is the only place I would stay if when returning to Tivat or Kotor, as Casa is close to both!

Everything was great. The food was exceptional, we were a group of 8 people and we enjoyed each meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they changed the towels every day.

Best place near Budva in Bečići, walking distance from everything, minutes from the beach - across from a market near a supermarket and there is an organic vegetable and fruitstand every day next to our room. We loved the host, he makes things super easy and is very kind. There is internet there are balconies we have our own patio and it's very private with the trees shading us, despite being in such a lively location. Easily the best place to stay in town.

Brand new apartament building, so apartments are newly furnished. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay: enough space in the closets, well equipped kitchinette (including coffee machine), washing machine. AC was working very well keeping space cool during hot days. Great view at the sea and nearby beach. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. As some spaces in the building are still being finished, there was some construction ongoing in the lower floors but it was not bothersome at all. There was some construction dust in common areas which is to be expecrd in such circumstances. Close to the Becici promende, many restaurants nearby, there is also a store within a walking distance. Also a great advantage was a free sunbeds and umbrella for the guests at the nearby private beach. Overall, very positive experince, which should only improve once all the construction work is concluded.
