Small gestures of hospitality, presented with humour. Some complimentary crisps a cold beverages, coffee pods, milk & sugar. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, good bedside lights for reading. Lovely shower & washer/dryer in the bathroom, should the need arise. I will definitely use numa services again. Quick responses, more than willing to assist. And Victor's Vinbar, right next door, is a gem.

The building and the apartment were very nice and they were very close to the main attractions. The only thing that the bathrooms were a bit small but apart of that all very cleaned and very well decorated.

Great location, bus stop outside. Very quiet. Beautiful room, loved the foldaway kitchen, well stocked. Bed very comfortable, room warm and clean. Lots of supermarkets nearby.

The staff was helping me with all my questions online. I was impressed by how fast they were answering. All the information about reaching and entering the apartment was clear and easy to find on WhatsApp and also via email. The room was clean , spacious and had everything I needed from bathroom equipment (towels, hair dryer etc). I loved the small details like coffee capsules and small water bottles. I didn't use the kitchen at all but it was also fully equipped. The location is amazing. It is in the city center, 5-7 minutes from the Opera, 5 minutes from the main train station. Excellent experience, totally recommend. When will I go back to Oslo it will be my first choice.
