Amazing experience overall. We booked the studio, but were upgraded to the 1 bedroom. Super comfortable accomodation. Everything in the room felt brand new, and impeccably clean at all times. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for making quick meals. The location is just perfect for sightseeing around Lisbon, easy access to transport and great restaurants/ cafes. The accomodation has a tie up with the 5 star hotel nearby, which meant we had access to its lobby area and 24hour ice cream and snacks, which was a huge hit with my young son. We were also offered complementary breakfast at the hotel twice and breakfast was amazing! Most importantly, the manager Juana was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She kept checking on us for any help needed throughout the stay, and offering additional surprises. We were continously wowed and felt at home. It is especially child-friendly, and I am looking forward to be back.
