Great apartments - modern, comfy beds and very quiet although in walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is always fresh and a good start into the day, and the hosts are extremely fast responsing and friendly. The own garage is a big plus, as a car is usually required to discover the island. Keep up the good work!

The best accommodation we've ever had. Nice room, sauna, gym, children absolutely loved the pool ... everything kept clean. Delicious breakfasts. Enormously nice and helpful staff - any request was accomplished without any delay but with smile. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing stay! We were 5 girls in the apartment and it was incredibly spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a great location by the beach. Breakfast was rich and had many choices. Well stocked kitchen and option to have your clothes washed by the staff. We forgot something in the apartment and they kindly offered to ship it. Cleaning was done every single day, any issues we had were handled immediately. All in all, we were so well taken care of, thank you!

I enjoyed the sea view, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. the family room was bright and huge. Parking was easy (right in front of the hotel).

The location! If the views don't make you speechless, there's something wrong with you. The cliffs, the ocan, the light and the sound of the waves would compensate for any shortcomings of the apartment, if there were any. It's perfectly located on the spectacular north coast of sao miguel, you can start a beautiful hike directly from there. The apartment is well and beautifully equipped, only a deckchair on the terrace and a coffee table for the sofa would be a great addition.

Great hotel located right at the ocean on the quiet street. 30 minutes away from the most of activities and only 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It's a nice hotel with a good location, as you can reach all the sites very quickly. We have decided for this hotel, as in this time of the year (stayed December, over Christmas) the weather is not always good. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. We used them every day. The gym is also well equipped. We stayed in an appartment and did not use the restaurant facilities. The room view was towards the outdoor pool, but right and left, we had nice views towards mountains and the ocean. Generally, it was a wet side, so we couldn't get the swimming suites dry on the balcony.
