The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Amazing. It even had Bluetooth on the bathroom mirror where we played music all day. The room was so modern and it had a thousand plugs(outlets). It also had Netflix and led lights behind the bed. The room was so spacious!! They provide free unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was amazing. Overall a great experience with very nice staff expect for one girl at the reception who was really rude. Lastly the bed was really soft and comfy and the kitchen really nice with a washing machine.

Located within 4.7 km of Vienna Central Station, Zoku Vienna is designed for professionals, business travelers and remote workers who are on the lookout for a high-design apartment hotel for 1 day, to 1 month to 1 year. The room was so pretty and clean. It really felt like they paid attention to every detail. I loved that I could adjust the lighting too. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely want to stay here again if I visit Vienna. Highly recommended!
