The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! PS the towel animals were adorable!!

Located within 4.7 km of Vienna Central Station, Zoku Vienna is designed for professionals, business travelers and remote workers who are on the lookout for a high-design apartment hotel for 1 day, to 1 month to 1 year. The room was so pretty and clean. It really felt like they paid attention to every detail. I loved that I could adjust the lighting too. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely want to stay here again if I visit Vienna. Highly recommended!
