Kitchen was clean and equipped with enough kitchen utensils, pan, pots and even a French press for coffee lovers. The bonus: I saw a wombat near the golf course every sunset throughout my stay and lots of wallabies near the cabins.

We offer a diverse range of accommodation ranging from 'Blue Wren Cottage', nestled among the trees to villas with floor-to-ceiling windows that maximise your exposure to nature and silence. All the accommodation is self-contained. We were traveling through AUS for three weeks for the first time, and the Pelican Point Sanctuary was our favorite accommodation on our trip. Honestly, it was one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. The location is amazing- minutes away from St. Helens which has grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as The Bay of Fires and lots of stunning beaches along the way. And the accommodation itself was breathtaking. We loved walking around the grounds and taking in the stunning views. The bed was comfortable, we loved the full kitchen and black-out curtains, and appreciated the on-site amenities of the grill and laundry. Truly can’t recommend enough.

Offering self-contained accommodation with panoramic river and valley views, Tamar Ridge Winery Apartments is located in Grindelwald, 20 minutes' drive from Launceston. There is an on-site cellar door offering wine tastings. Nice location right in the heart of the quality winery and gin distillery which was nice fun to visit. Beautifully clean, immaculate attention to detail, lovely quality layout and spectacular view replete with pademelons and other wildlife. Enjoyed the stay thoughly, will certainly come again.

Each apartment has independent access. Smart TVs and streaming facilities along with Bluetooth speakers in each apartment. Most of our guests enjoy eating out, our kitchenette provide fridge, kettle & toaster with coffee making facilities. Our larger apartments have dishwasher and microwave. BBQ is available. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. I loved this little cottage! A quiet, private and peaceful idyll which was just what I needed for the week. Blooming roses by the entrance and a lovely little garden were the icing on the cake! On site parking was great - as was the use of the shared washing machine. The owners were helpful and kind- I couldn’t have asked for more.

All facilities were provided. Loved the attention to detail. Mini kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, TV, balcony, sofas etc. We couldn't meet Annie - who owns/manages the property - since she was unwell, but we didn't once feel that anything was missing, or that we needed assistance. (She was easy to reach on booking.com chat though - and even graciously let us have one of the wines in the mini bar on the house!) The town is really small so everything was nearby.
