Fully equipped kitchen and I mean really fully equipped I could only miss nespresso/coffe machine that one may expect from this level- full set of glassware/kitchenware, e.t.c. that we had not used but it was there. Very comfortable beds/sheets,e.t.c. Great breakfast and alternative to old reviews they do have both a coffee machine and American style filter coffee. A bottle of prosecco on ice was also nice. They managed to squeeze full breakfast into the available space - we had nothing to comply about. There is a nice lobby with terrace to the river side. You get one parking space and 90 minutes of wellness/spa access from morning till 17:00 on the roof.

We had a great stay at White - Hill. The location was perfect for hikes all around Krkonose and close to many main attractions. The garden was a great place to relax and the parking was very convenient. The apartment itself was well-equipped (a dishwasher would have been a plus). There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and an extra crib plus washing basin for a baby. We would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Kubankova and Nicole for their help and support during our stay. They were always friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We really appreciate their caring attitude and willingness to help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Apartment and would definitely recommend it to others.

Apartmany Firn is situated at the foothills of the Sněžka, which is the highest mountain in the Giant Mountains or Krkonoše mountain range. All Firn apartments feature a private bathroom, a satellite TV and comfortable easy chairs. great comfortable, clean, cozy apartment, yes it is a bit outdated but it is well maintained, the bathrooms have been updated, beds are super comfortable, kitchen was functional, and the views are nice, easy 10-15 walk to main hotel, elevator in apartment, great hotel, nice friendly staff, great to rent skiis in hotel, fantastic pool and hot tub, great sports options with table tennis, bowling, squash, badminton, sauna, fantastic ala carte restaurant, ski shuttle to hill super easy and fast, a 5 min walk to shuttle stop and a 5 min drive to hill, we also walked it one day, great trail next to apartment for dog walks, hotel reception has essentials if you forget anything like a toothbrush, femine pads, toothpaste, etc., nice gym, amazing service, we had emailed the hotel with questions before our arrival, all were answered right away, our toaster was not working, a replacement came right away, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we already booked it again for next year, you can easily walk to stores, restaurants, Wifi works very well, towels and lockers provided at spa area, great massage on site
