Excellent accommodation for children.

Apparthotel Privilodges Le Royal is located 200 metres from Annecy Lake and 350 metres from the Palais de l’Isle Jail in the heart of the old town. It offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi. The apartment was top notch with all the facilities that were needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention about Lisa the receptionist who sourced a fan for us for the room since I have claustrophobia issues. We were unable to communicate in French to our hotel reception in Chamonix so she voluntarily pitched in and sorted our issue which took her almost 25 minutes.. and she did it with a smile. So apart from the hotel being the best in Annecy it was Lisa who added that personal touch, which made our stay memorable and will love to visit again.

The aparthotel features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Location. Rooms were large, quiet and very comfortable. It’s not a negative but - there is no bar or restaurant and reception is only open when you check in (at agreed time).

The Séjours & Affaires Annecy Le Pont Neuf is located 3 km from Lake Annecy and 1 km from Annecy’s historic centre. It provides access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski resorts, 45 minutes away by car. It was a wonderful stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
