Filio the host was very friendly and accommodating for my family needs especially when travelling with a baby and toddler. She provided a clean crib and highchair in our room. The room always had hot water. Steps away from the beach. We loved it and the kids loved it. Highly recommended, must stay when in Plomari! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Guests staying at this aparthotel have access to a patio. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The building is an exterior and interior architectural masterpiece. Both rooms were meticulously designed and maintained. All those well-thought little details, colour combinations and design solutions for tight spaces were very pleasant. On top of it, you could smell the cleanliness in the air, towels were soft, crisp white and nice smelling. Location was very convenient, too. We rented a car and used Mytilini as a base which turned out to be a very good idea. I would come back just to stay in this property again:) Keep up the good work!

Good size bedroom, modern, comfortable with bonus tv plus another one in living room. Owner Dimitri very friendly, helpful, communicated promptly via WhatsApp always asking if we needed anything. Made us feel like family. Dimitri provided so many thoughtful extras in kitchen that made our stay feel more like a home, eg frother, coffee machine, pods, toaster, jams, water and other kitchen equipment. Bathroom was very clean and great shower pressure. Washing machine and laundry pods provided. So many thoughtful extras comb, sanitory pads, basic first aid supplies and so much more. Courtyard large with outdoor furniture. Close to shops and restaurants only a short walk. Highly recommend Up and Down apartments and would definitely be back when in mitilini. Thank you
