We liked Arisvi as it was perfect for our needs. We only stayed one night but nevertheless we were greeted by Ignatis, who showed us to our Room and made sure we had all we needed. We would stay longer next time.

I think the location is also great — it’s very close to Petra and Molyvos by car. The energy of the place is beautiful and uplifting. I really enjoyed my stay.

A 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful Ag. Isidoros beach! Our family of 4 spent 3 nights here in late June 2025. There were two A/C units in our apartment and they kept the apartment at a good temperature despite hot weather. The bed for adults was large and comfortable. The teens said their sofa beds were comfortable too. Best shower design we had all trip and hot water 24/7. Internet could go down at times on the top floor but always came back up fast. We loved the views we had from the top! The hostess left us some treats and water in the fridge upon arrival which we appreciated. There are a couple mini markets very close by for any needs. There are 2 street parking spots right in front of the apartment; otherwise you need to find a spot in the beach lot or another lot about a 5 min walk away toward Plomari. We only had to use one of the lots on the weekend when a lot of people had come to the beach. The rooms were super clean and the hostess was very kind. Highly recommend!

A recently renovated aparthotel in Mytilini and within 2.1 km of Tsamakia Beach, Secret Garden Studios features a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. Guests staying at this aparthotel have access to a patio. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The building is an exterior and interior architectural masterpiece. Both rooms were meticulously designed and maintained. All those well-thought little details, colour combinations and design solutions for tight spaces were very pleasant. On top of it, you could smell the cleanliness in the air, towels were soft, crisp white and nice smelling. Location was very convenient, too. We rented a car and used Mytilini as a base which turned out to be a very good idea. I would come back just to stay in this property again:) Keep up the good work!

It is set 5 km from University of the Aegean and offers private check-in and check-out. The aparthotel features family rooms. Apartment modern and so clean. Good size bedroom, modern, comfortable with bonus tv plus another one in living room. Owner Dimitri very friendly, helpful, communicated promptly via WhatsApp always asking if we needed anything. Made us feel like family. Dimitri provided so many thoughtful extras in kitchen that made our stay feel more like a home, eg frother, coffee machine, pods, toaster, jams, water and other kitchen equipment. Bathroom was very clean and great shower pressure. Washing machine and laundry pods provided. So many thoughtful extras comb, sanitory pads, basic first aid supplies and so much more. Courtyard large with outdoor furniture. Close to shops and restaurants only a short walk. Highly recommend Up and Down apartments and would definitely be back when in mitilini. Thank you
