He supplied detailed access information including lock box code, photos, parking etc as well as very useful tips on restaurants and beaches. Accommodation was super clean and modern with absolutely everything we needed. We mistakenly booked a room without full kitchen (just fridge and coffee machine) but Domenico thoughtfully arranged for delivery of a plug in stove and everything we needed to use our ingredients that we had already brought with us. Much appreciated your help Domenico - a great example to the hotel profession.

The bedroom side lamps don’t work, the showerhead does not work, the WiFi does not work! It cost me and my partner more than €30 ( for two days on an eSIM data) in buying data because the WiFi does not work and if you want abit of signal, you have to stand outside the apartment ( I was told that nobody has ever complained about this so they don’t see the problem. Probably because nobody has stayed in this apartment). The sad truth about this place is that nobody cares that you’re uncomfortable. They dont supply you with an extra roll of toilet paper, they did not provide you with abit of a washing up liquid for the dishes, no sugar, no tea, no coffee. This apartment was appalling! And the group that runs this should be made completely away of how pathetic they are! It then cost me further €20 to go buy the basics from the store nearby ( I needed such a small quantity) . I was told that I should have read the booking.com page. For the WiFi, they told me that the technician will come in the morning to sort things out but nothing happened for my two night stay here except more expenses ( noting it was on a weekend). This place treats their guest terribly. I would not recommend this place to anybody nor would I recommend the company advertising for this space. No apologies, nothing! When I told the staff the issues, they told me that it’s impossible that these things are happening and came to inspect for themselves, thinking that I am some kind of idiot and that I don’t know how to operate a shower or don’t know how the internet works. The people that run this should be ashamed of themselves and for the most useless service they can’t provide!
