An ideal place to stay and base yourself, easy access to the railway station and the little train which circumnavigates Mount Etna. Our host Elena was lovely and made some good recommendations for local places very close by to eat and drink at, Birreria Riposto and Glass were exceptional and only a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was of a high standard and wonderfully decorated. I would also recommend an organised wine and train ride to the slopes of Mount Etna.

Two separate bedrooms (1 king bed + 1 queen bed) are ideal for a family travelling with kids. Nice kitchen with all one may need for cooking and serving the table. There is also a table outside on the terrace for dining with a view. And of course most remarkable was the terrace incredible view. The terrace is equipped with private sunbeds and a heated pool. We were traveling in January with temperature around 14-15 degrees, so a heated pool was what we especially needed, to say nothing of our daughter.
