Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. Very spacious, especially by Japanese standards. Friendly staff who speaks English. Easy access to subway and Kinsetsu lines (only a few stops from Kyoto Station). There was English manual on how to use all the equipment (washing machine etc.) in the room, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Kyoto.

It was a very comfortable stay and out of the busyness of Kyoto and yet still walkable to Gion and other attractions.

Beautiful room, everything was of a high quality standard, lovely shower and bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, we could do our washing, it was really lovely. Compact but designed really well so very functional.
