There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Location was great with a little morning market right across the street and right next to the biggest attractions in Takayama. Check in was pretty easy with it all being done remotely. Amenities like laundry, toothbrushes, soap were all on the first floor. Rooftop was nice at sunset. Kitchen was a nice added amenity we ended up using to cook steak we bought at the grocery store 2 blocks away!
