She was very responsive to messages and constantly checked up on me to see if I were doing well. She also sent me suggestions and ideas on how to spend time in the area. Honestly I could go on and on about how kind she was to me. The facility itself was really cute. I liked the projector screen, and everything was clean and comfortable. It comes with everything you need, and it’s a relatively short walk to a Family Mart and coin laundry. It was a nice cozy spot for a solo traveler!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 1 km from Aizome Museum. The aparthotel has family rooms. Really close to the ueno station and sky tree. But also close to very local places. Great base to explore from. Host was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was super cute and convenient everything we needed was there.

Accommodation is fitted with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with hot tub, slippers and a hair dryer. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit has bed linen and towels. The apartment was like an Airbnb, with self checkin and checkout, but the owner(s) responded to our questions very promptly and with clear instructions to the checkin and out process. There is a washing machine in the room with washing soap provided and that helped a lot. There is no dryer but we could dry our clothes in the bathroom and set the temperature correctly. It only takes a night to dry the clothes and that helped. The apartment is very clean and the toilets, shower area and basin were all in 3 separate spaces in the bathroom. The TV was huge and we could watch netflix. The apartment was also close to Shin-Okubo station and Korean town, with lots of eateries and convenience shops outside the apartment. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in the apartment. Recommend!
