The pool is a real gem: clean and maintained through natural methods instead of chlorine, which is a real plus. The cascading waterfall, plants, and comfortable loungers with towels provided create the perfect setting for relaxation. Everything is designed with guests' comfort in mind, including a shower by the pool for more convenience. The staff were outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to the General Manager, William, whose kindness made a lasting impression. His helpful recommendations and availability truly enhanced our stay. William is a young and promising professional who embodies the modern spirit of hospitality, an invaluable asset to the tourism industry. We also really enjoyed the apartment we stayed in: spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, thermal and acoustic insulation were excellent, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival, as well as the availability of a tuk-tuk service in the evening—a thoughtful and convenient addition. In summary, this stay was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. A big thank you to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!
