He was very accommodating despite me arriving at 1am due to constant flight delay. The room was clean, tidy, and very pleasant. It is equipped with all the amenities required for short term stay - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cutlery, spices, tea, and fridge just to name a few. The fridge even came well stocked with myriad welcome drinks to choose from. The ocean view was a bonus. Toilet is squeaky clean for OCD like me. The digital security lock provided us with a peace of mind while keeping seamless access. Parking was aplenty. Not to mention that it is situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. I could walk to all nearby popular eateries, bars, and market. Mr CK even provided me with a list of local delicacies to explore. Overall, I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
