At the aparthotel, every unit comes with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, a shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. This was the first stop on my trip up with with my folks and it was such a perfect first stop. The communication was great from Sasquia & Abby - we also travelled up on the day where there was torrential rain and got a message to say extra towels were in the room for us, along with an extra towel for the floor to avoid any slipping. The cabin was beautifully decorated, very modern, amazing views of the Estuary and had everything we needed there, with the added bonus of being close to the new complex in Mangawhai that had the supermarket. We would happily return and recommend this to anyone looking to visit :)

Absolutely stunning position overlooking the Bay of islands. Marcel couldn’t have been more helpful and recommended plenty of things to do. It offers direct beach access and apartments with beautiful water views. The location and facilities were perfect for an enjoyable stay in Paihia. The apartments have a wonderful view of the Bay of Islands and the private hot tub made this a wonderful start to our New Zealand adventure.
