I thoroughly recommend these flats. I was about to book the Nobu hotel but then opted for this. I am so glad I did! It’s not in the touristy old town (but you can easily get there) but in a rather more authentic part of town - with countless of really nice coffee shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. Messages were answered within a few minutes, on one occasion I couldn’t work the a/c in the flat and someone came to show me how to do it right away. Once, when I left, the elevator was out of service, by the time I got back, it was fixed. It would appear staff are on site permanently. I am already planning a return trip in spring.
