The guest relations team was excellent - Amin, Lilian, and Marcelo were friendly and warm. They provided great cuisine recommendations and a brief overview of local activities. The hotel location was also walking distance from the town center and restaurants. I'll strongly consider booking the Roots again when I visit Faro.

It has a heated salt water outdoor pool and provides free on-site public parking. We arrived during the blackout day of April 2025. They accommodated us early and were very friendly. The view of the Cabo de Sao Vincente lighthouse was amazing at night.
