The aparthotel features family rooms. perfect location settle in the middle of the valley, near the bus stop and restaurants. The apartment was very big and clean and the owner of the place was very nice and friendly, also provided good recommendation regarding walks near by.

The location is great, within walking distance of the old town, many restaurants and tourist attractions like the cable car and the boat tours. The communication with the staff was very fast and efficient. They helped us with our luggage on the last day and answered our parking questions within minutes!

Our stay at the villa was almost perfect. We really appreciated the absolute cleanliness of the room, its convenient location, and the hosts’ attention to detail. The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.

The hotel was lovely, the location was excellent, clean, with access to certain facilities like pool, SPA, etc. from the larger pestana hotel nearby. The staff was excellent, in particular the receptionist Hugo, was very helpful and friendly, helped us reserve a tour and gave very good suggestions os places to visit. Would definitely go back.
