The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The reception is open 24/7, and the location is pretty close to Dubai International Airport, which is perfect for late night arrivals. Breakfast is nice and fresh with good varieties. The gym (open 24/7 as well) and the rooftop pool makes it even better. I really enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend!

What an incredible time we had at Avani Palm View Hotel! It was me, my wife, and our two kiddos, and let me tell you, everything about our stay was just awesome. First off, the rooms were spotless. Like, you could eat off the floors clean. It really made us feel relaxed and at home right away. And oh boy, the service! The ladies at the reception and the food area were just the sweetest. They remembered our names and room numbers every single time we bumped into them. It's those little personal touches that really make a place special. The valets and car coordinators were no exception. They made sure we were sorted with getting around without a hitch. So helpful and always with a smile. Now, here's a real highlight – we accidentally left our phone in the room when we checked out. But guess what? The Avani Palm View team came to the rescue and sent it back to us in our home country lightning-fast. Overall, we're already planning our next trip back because our time at Avani Palm View Hotel was just that good. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel like family and everything just clicks, this is it. Can't wait to come back for more good times!

Our stay at Royal Continental Suites was absolutely incredible! We celebrated our anniversary there, and Rekha went above and beyond by decorating the room with beautiful flowers and balloons. To our delight, we were also treated to a complimentary cake, which added a lovely personal touch. The room itself was perfect, offering an amazing view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Rekha, thank you so much for your thoughtful arrangements! A special mention to Harshika and Abdoulal, who made our checkout process seamless. They were extremely helpful, assisting us with our luggage and arranging a cab to the airport. Additionally, the housekeeping team did a phenomenal job keeping our suite spotless every day, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to visit again!

    A superb modern apartment, well designed and thought out. High spec brands used throughout, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Check in was seamless, the staff were friendly and super helpful! The bedroom was very large with a large en suite with a big walk in shower. If you need to stay close to Downtown Dubai then this is an ideal location.

    A spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, modern apartment with the most wonderful views of Burj Khalifa! Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. Upon arrival, we were met by Salman, a property management representative, who handed us the keys and walked us through the apartment and its amenities. Salman was very polite and helpful, always available, answering our questions and providing us with useful addresses - very much appreciated, especially as this is not a serviced apartment or hotel but a holiday rental.

    We got a great last min deal on a Studio but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a marina view balcony on arrival :) The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. There's ample parking too so we had no issues parking our rental, other hotels nearby had said parking was subject to availability. Location is ideal, few minutes walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and great views. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.
