Really easy to find, precise directions and optimal position in relation to the city center! The Host Harald, super nice, helpful and friendly, showed us the important points and provided us with maps of Salzburg and important and economic information for parking and vehicles. The loft super spacious, bright, impeccably clean and complete with all comforts apartment. They also accepted our dog. Bus stop under the house. Perfectly working wi-fi, comfortable beds, everything was there for a perfect stay. Parking is free and attached to the apartment, it snowed a lot and every morning they also had the stairs and entrance snow-cleaned impeccably! Super organization. Close to the supermarket, a few km ATM, pharmacy, restaurant. We felt like at home! We will be back without a doubt! TOP 5 STARS! THANK YOU!

Stayed here with my family of 4 people from 25.12 to 28.12.23. My choice fell on this apartment, because initially saw on the photo first-class of the apartment, good location and adequate cost. Nearby in 3 minutes walk from the house - the final stop of two OBUS (#3, #8), which crosses along the whole city. The owners turned out to be very pleasant and welcoming Eva-May and Robert. They have created the apartment very thoughtfully and lovingly. You should realise how quiet it is, as the apartments are in the private sector. Free car parking is offered. We had a dream to visit Salzburg, to see the mountain lake in St. Gingen with a boat trip, to ride the cog train, the cable car and the castle funicular. And everything turned out to be realised! So I highly recommend to stay here in these apartments!

location was excellent for getting around. The apartment was on second floor, no lift but there was help provided moving large cases up narrow stairs case. comfortable bed and nice apartment. located in nice old street.

Our family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment and we highly recommend!!! Fantastic location with just a short bus ride or stroll to the old town, lovely and personable host Rudi who gave us great recommendations for activities for our family. It is very convenient having a big supermarket right next door, and great that there was parking available even though it’s so close to the centre! The apartment had everything we needed plus more!!

Eveyrthing! The host sent us all the instructions in advance through Booking. It was easy to enter the building. The flat was very nice and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was with jacuzzi. As soon as we arrived we went to the pool. We enjoyed it a lot. The weather was nice and the pool was very clean. There were also towels for the pool. I highly recommend! We were super satisfied and are planning to come back if we stay in Salzburg again.

The location was amazing, could not recommend enough in this regard, we loved it. Walked everywhere from here and so nice to be able to head out for a short wander without any hassle if the mood took. Cosy bed, small space for kitchen area, very clean.

    We had a great stay here! The host came by and gave us a few excellent suggestions to add to our plans, which made it perfect. It is a short bike ride along the river into town (bikes provided) and a nice drive east into lake country. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

    Very nice apartment with all necessary amenities. Nice view of the mountains. Very easy check in by app so we didn’t have to do that at arrival. The donkey woke us up in the morning - we’ve never tried that before, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Great parking space.

    It was a very clean and beautiful apartment. It was by car close to Salzburg but also to other activities in the area. Also possible to go by bus to the city center very easily which was really nice. At the apartment there was enough place to park our car, and also a fast charger available not far from the apartment (200/300 meters approximately). The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks for your hospitality we had a great time!

    New (built Dec, 2023) beautifully designed apartment with kitchen, smart TV’s, clothes washer and superb access to bus, train and bike paths. Hosts are very organized and responsive. This is a top notch quiet suburban property only 15-20 minutes by bus, car or bicycle to central Salzburg. It’s about as perfect as it gets!

    A very exquisitely and tastefully done apartment. All the fixtures, fittings and equipment have a very modern feel. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. Very close to the bus stop and train station that takes you to the Salzburg City Centre in 15-20 minutes. Kitchen had all the essential utensils and the hosts were kind enough to stock it with most of the basic stuff like coffee pods/condiments/oil.

    Absolutely loved the immaculate and well equipped apartment. Our hosts Robert & Eva-May were very prompt & responsive to all our queries & provided plenty of useful tips on getting around Salzburg. The bed was very comfortable & we feel rested in the quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance is a hotel restaurant that serves delicious Austrian cuisine . The buses into old town are also a short walk away. Everything was perfect and made our holiday in Salzburg so much more memorable.

    Apartment is modern, clean and sophisticated with many things controlled through a device in the apartment. Loved having breakfast on the patio and there's a fantastic path along the river which you can reach in mere minutes. The bonus was we could request a baby cot and highchair for use during our stay.
