We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. This apartment was great with wonderful view to the mountains from the terrace in back garden. Love this area and would definitely stay here again. Though I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space. Very welcoming host on site - so easy access to apartment. Option for fresh bread delivery to your door each morning. Easy walk across to Gondelbahn and Alpendorf.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was huge and super comfortable, with two bedrooms and a separate bathroom, so there was plenty of space for five people to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and all the coffee and tea making facilities you could possibly need. Everything is so nice, new and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything, I can't speak highly enough of them. The pool and sauna were absolutely amazing after a long trip! Breakfast was an amazing buffet, with something for everyone!

We drove past on arrival and missed the apartment, but the host was very quick to answer messages, so we were soon in the right location. We had brought food with us for this one and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host was so friendly and showed us round and then left us alone, I think she lives in the apartment next door. We walked about fifteen minutes to a restaurant that just did snacks, clearly the rules about smoking inside didn't seem to apply at the location, but the landlords (as it was more a pub really) were lovely and the location was beautiful, as was the walk to get there and the sun setting over the mountains on the way back. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower and facilities for washing clothes, a must when travelling for a month. The bed was nice and comfy and the are was so lovely and quiet.

This accomodation is the most beautiful accomodation I have ever stayed at. The lodge is beautiful with high quality materials right through. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and felt we stayed somewhere tranquil and very special. The sauna and pool area are of top quality and sparky clean. It was just what we all needed after a day of skiing. The breakfasts each morning were beautiful full of all healthy and fresh foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our barman/waiter Yarrow was an absolute gentleman and delight. He remembered all our names and was always ready to serve us the best drinks in a warm and friendly manner. Such a great person. Anna was also helpful and friendly. She also made the best goulash we had ever eaten. We’ll definitely be back one day. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday to Wagrain so special.

We took the 2 rooms apartment on the second floor, which included 2 bed rooms and a living room. There was also a wide balcony. The apartment is very well equiped with pans and pots and all. There is a toaster and a microwave and oven and even a small dishwasher. The apartment was spacious with a breathtaking view. The garden is a paradize for the kids. With Omega, trampoline, ping pong table and a net for volleyball. There is also a small pool and some animals in the fenced meadow. The check in and checkout was easy. The staff are nice and welcoming. The place is clean and has great location.
