We had a beautiful stay. Everything was super clean. The place was very cozy. Swimming in the pool is great, especially for families, as the fence prevents anyone from outside from looking into the pool. The Host was very kind.

What an incredible stay we had at Family Sakota Country House! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by Svjetlana and Milivoje. Their warmth and genuine hospitality are unmatched. You can see and feel the love and care they have poured into this spacious home, from the tasteful interior to the beautifully maintained garden. The property is simply stunning: a large swimming pool, vast grounds all around the house, and complete privacy and peace. Yet, charming destinations like Mostar, Blagaj and Stolac are only a short drive away. It’s the perfect combination of serene relaxation and cultural day trips. Svjetlana and Milivoje also know all the best places to eat in the region and are happy to share their insider tips. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by three extra days. That’s how relaxed and at ease we felt here. They speak a little English, but with the help of Google Translate and ChatGPT they communicate wonderfully. Always with a smile, patience, and all the time in the world to make sure you are happy. You can feel their pride in their property, and rightfully so. For anyone who wants to experience the warmth of the people in this region, combined with a beautiful home, a huge garden and complete tranquillity, this is an absolute must. This apartment was such good value, it's been recently renovated and has everything you could possibly need, very spacious, well located and the neighbourhood is very chill and quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better host, Arman goes the extra mile and is keen to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. I'm a history buff so came exclusively for the Daorson site but Stolac had so much more to offer (waterfalls, hiking, fort, the famous medieval graveyard). The town has a few well stocked mini marts for supplies, as well as good restaurants, bars and cafes. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Stolac is a beautiful and peaceful little town, full of history and charm, and the locals are some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve met on our travels. The apartment itself was modern, spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to little comforts that made us feel right at home. What truly made our stay special were the hosts. The owner was fantastic – friendly, communicative, and genuinely caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for dinner and exploring the area. The hostess even washed our laundry, which was such a warm and generous gesture. This was one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable and safe. We would absolutely love to come back in the future – it felt more like visiting friends than just renting an apartment. All our compliments to the hosts – we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

Comfortable apartment. Location is perfect for relaxing. Only 5 minutes walk to wonderful Pjene waterfalls. We had pleasure to have the falls completely to our selfs. Stolac is charming old town with beautifull nature. The hosts Mira and Ahmet are warm hearted and very hospitable and helpfull hosts. Very near is great restaurant Nota with nice wievs to Provalije falls.

Quirky fun place to stay. , fab to stay in a historic monument! One say ww actually had a tour group outside discussing the building, was very speical to then say we were staying there!, View on the river nice. Near to all conveniences. Easy communication.
