Location was excellent, the lounge spacious and well furnished, the gym is very well equipped and both with breath taking views. Convenient laundry and mini market at the building. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and the views amazing !

The apartment was very clean. The hostess was very attentive and had extremely good communication. She even sent us a welcome pdf with all the information we needed. It is a very modern facility with a gym and a rooftop pool. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook.

    Rafael was so helpful and attentive to us. The apartment had a great location, a 20 minute walk to vila germanica and a 20 minute walk to centro, also only 5/10 minutes from the supermarket. The flat itself had a good shower and comfortable beds.

    Large apartment with reasonably well stocked kitchen, a small sitting area, and large bedroom with a/c. Wifi worked well. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Shower was ok. Provided separate parking space which was covered. Once I connected to the host he was quite responsive by text. Best to have a car since the property is not in the center of town.

    Fantastic flat. Beautifully furnished High security. Location - in front of Germanica Unfortunately the swimming closed because of leakage. Wanted and tried to cancel reservation with Booking. Had to accept that I wasn't able to. Had to stay and really enjoyed the two nights.
