1. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. 2. I did not check the level of cleanliness, but considering that my chronic diseases did not worsen, it was probably very clean. 3. The owner was very polite, kind, friendly and responsive. 4. High-quality, good coffee in abundance! 5. A wonderful view from the window of the mountains and one of the towers of the city wall. 6. The windows have metal roller blinds, which allows you to sleep peacefully in the morning without fear of being awakened by excess light.

The man who gave us the keys was very helpful and nice! He explained us everything about guest card and what to do around! Turns out that having someone waiting for you instead of self check in is valuable! The apartment was huge and had all the necessary amenities,, especially in the kitchen. Would have preferred to have balcony.. but it was amazing. Only thing.. I was suspicious when he asked me to pay 200.- for security reasons.. in case something broken or missing I would pay that.. Fortunately after few days came to my account and understood that it can be normal.. even though stressing. Because we decided to stay the day after in Luzern but only booked for one night and the same room wouldnt be available, so we would have to change anyway, we moved to an apartment in the center of old city.. if you are backpacker is ok.. Galaxy is very easily accessed with luggages.. the ground in the old city makes it more difficult to go around! An other thing! if you cant curry weight make sure your room is exactly on the same floor as the elevator. wherelse there are 3-4 steps.
