We loved everything! Evi is a lovely host and answered all our questions :) The Gädeli made us feel right at home and kept us warm during our winter stay. This place provides wonderful amenities including a well equipped kitchen, heated floors (particularly in the bathroom), large windows to take in the views of the mountains and is conveniently located within walking distance to trails, the lake, local grocer and train station. We highly recommend staying at the Gädeli!

Perfect location. 10 mins walk to station, lake just 3-4 mins, shopping area just back side. I just wanted to store my luggage as arrived very early at Lucerene. But they were so nice and kind that they gave me room 5 hours before actual check in time. It was very clean and explained me very well everything like how they want there apartment back from me. Clean kitchen. Spacious room for two adult and 1-2 kids. Good internet. Quiet neighborhood during my stay. We were very delighted by there service and apartment. Price was really good compared to other. I recomend this.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. The absence of a reception desk actually gave the hotel a unique and modern feel, and the staff was readily available throughout my stay to assist with any queries or requests.I appreciate the innovative approach they took to streamline the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions and. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The home was quite new with all amenities with a perfect view of the mountains. Waking up to this view was the best we could ask for.

Location excellent. Close to station and boat terminal. Host kindly found us a microwave.

Everything about the stay was good. Ralph was very kind, friendly and helpful. He was okay for us to check in and was waiting for us during our expected arrival time, planned his day accordingly but we were not able to do early check in as we got delayed. He gave clear instructions for self check in along with pictures which was helpful. He even offered to pick us up from the station and drop us. The apartment is new, very clean and we were surprised to see all the facilities which he had provided for our stay. There were slippers, bathrobes, towels for all. The kitchen was super clean with all the necessary utensils, appliances, even basic things like olive oil, paprika, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, different types of coffee pods, powder, tea packets. And there was a bottle of coke waiting for us in the fridge. Ralph had even taken care of the usb cables, we could find all types of cables for charging our devices. And many thanks to Ralph, as he provided pocket WiFi along with home WiFi, which no other host has provided till now. It helped us a lot even on the top of Titlis. The bathroom was big, with all the amenities. It had all types of body wash, shampoo, moist toilet paper, hair dryer, make remover, eye makeup remover, ear buds, tissues, cotton pads, etc. I cannot make all the list here for what facilities he had provided. The best part of the apartment was its view from the balcony. Everything is available at walkable distance. Me and my family had an amazing stay and the host was exceptional. I will definitely recommend his apartments to my friends and I would love to stay in his other apartments near Interlaken as well the next time I visit. Thank you loads Ralph for making our stay at your apartment such an amazing experience which we will not forget our entire life.
