I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner family treated us like her family member. They showed us how the Colombians are kind to foreigners. It introduced a good tour company and advised us a nice tour program. An uncle and his daughter were kind enough to extend us touring services. It was so nice that we could experience how the ordinary people in Medelline live vividly. Thank you for the owner family's hospitality during our stay.

The apartment has all amenities and even more. Once you enter you feel at home- it is amazingly decorated and furnished, I love it! Our host was awesome- always responsive within 1h, very friendly and helpful and with excellent english (believe me in Colombia this is a huge challenge, so I appreciated it very much). There is a rooftop for co-sharing with great views of the city. It has everything for relax, coffee, beer or just sunbaths. Overall it is amazing value for moneya place to stay.

Great value! We has apartment 803 (one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two bathrooms) I definitely recommend getting something on the highest floor possible as that will give you the best view and the least traffic noise. The 8th floor is the top floor which means it also has very high ceilings. The traffic noise is really not bad at all - just a bit of white noise. The property is located in the Belen neighborhood, an upscale residential neighborhood. Very convenient and safe to walk in. El Poblado is a $2 uber away. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the city, the daily room service breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and desk service was top notch. The mall across the street and surrounding neighborhood has everything you need.
