Good, relatively quiet location and spotlessly clean. From here can easily walk into the city, train station etc and as a bonus the Riegele brewery is only 15min walk away near the main train station. Also, there is a great bakery not even 5mins away (Bäckerei Wolf), apparently recognised to be the best chain in Augsburg. Parking also available, in same building so really handy if weather is dodgy. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, punctual and very friendly. The sort of person you could enjoy a good dinner with!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The beds were very comfortable, with crisp white linens that reminded us of high-end hotels. The interior is simple yet tastefully decorated, and the apartment is spacious and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. They also have the basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and spices. Although we didn’t use the garage because we have a roof box on our car, parking was easy to find on the street nearby. Highly recommended!

A modest but comfortable and cosy apartment to stay for a few nights. Communication with the owner of the apartment was not a problem. We communicated via WhatsApp, and he was always prompt in replying to my queries :) When we checked in, the owner was at the open air car park to welcome us. He is an affable man, and we really like him. He told us that if we needed anything at the apartment, we could contact himand let him know. When we checked in, the home was clean and tidy (the home looks newly renovated). The home appliances, i.e., oven and microwave, look brand new. Heating is sufficient (at least for me), but it would be nice if there is a portable heater at the home because my husband felt a bit cold. The owner provided a small selection of teas, and there is also coffee. There is no washing machine in the home, but there is one washing machine at the basement of the apartment building. You will need to pay if you want to use the washing machine (note: it only accepts 50Cents coins). When the owner found out that we may want to do laundry, he immediately came over to the apartment with some coins, laundry capsules, and a drying rack for us to use. However, we did not do laundry in the end. Location of the apartment is convenient. There is a grocery shop nearby (within 2 mins walk away) and a few restaurants/bakery all within walking distance. There is a tram (no.6) that takes you to the city centre but we did not use the tram because we walked (it took us about 20-25mins to walk to the city centre). The area where the apartment is located felt safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

I am pleasantly happy to have stayed in this apartment during my 1 week stay in Augsbug. It has everything I can imagine to have a good stay in Augsburg. The location is in the center very close to trams, town hall square, and many tourist places, but it is located on a very quiet small street. I love the historic water canal next to the house. The bed is very comfortable and large. My wife and I have back problems and we slept like at home. The heating has its own control with large radiators, so the temperature change is very fast. This makes comfort excellent. It has a state-of-the-art Samsung 4K TV on which you can play the content from your smartphone. The kitchen has everything you need and very wide. Special mention to the kitchen hob and it works heating (unlike other apartments I've been to). The bathroom is very spacious, again, with all necessary staff, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, furniture, large shower and its own independently controlled radiator. All lights are new led and new. More over, there are elecronics light controls in rooms, not only in power but also in cold/warm control. The communication with the owner was great and very satisfactory, helping us even in personal needs when needed. I realized that the owners have take care of every small detail in this appartment to make it excellent in different subjects.
