    Great central location, but at the same time it was quiet. Easy to reach all the city attractions by walking or by tram. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a short stay (good wifi, small but well equipped kitchen, patio etc.). great hosts too!

    Villa Armin is a beautiful property. The location is great, everything's close and within reach (by foot). We did have parking which we appreciated a lot. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is modern and had everything we could ask for for a short stay.

    There was no breakfast on offer since this is an studio apartment. However, in the same house, just around the corner is an excellent bakery. There are convenience stores close by so there should be ample food to shop for.

    This is a newly designed modern apartment next to a major tram lines. It is just by the university campus, Potsdam Biosphere, and Alexandrowka. The Apt has a good and equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a bakery & Coffee place downstairs and the directions to get there and get in were super clear. Just 2 tram stations ahead on the 96 line, get off and turn right to find a great REWE supermarket.
