The location was around 15 mins walk from a couple of train stations with connections to the airport and Munich city centre. Restaurants were approx 15 mins walk away also. The hotel is spotlessly clean with all you need to have a very comfortable self catering stay. Edeca store is next door also. We did have an issue with the self check in and despite being after midnight, I called on WhatsApp and we were met by a friendly lady (really sorry I didn't get your name) who sorted our check in within a couple of minutes.

My flight got delayed and I arrived very late past midnight and there was no problem with checking in. The room is very comfortable and it is an ideal place if you are visiting any of the universities.

There was no TV but hosts brought me one. Very responsive. Easy access. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting a site nearby, but it's worth noting it's not that close to city centre.
