Our host Isidoro and his nephew are absolutely wonderful to give us a warm welcome and accomodated our request for earliee check in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture and is extremely well maintained and very very clean. Location is fantastic-only steps away from metro and can accommodate parking at the underground garage. It is very helpful to have the flexibility to travel to Madrid city centre either by driving/taking the metro. I am especially thankful to our host being able to keep our jamon for a couple of days for our pick up at a later date after we accidentally left them in the fridge upon check-out. This is a great place to stay when visiting Madrid.

highly recommend it. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and modern. The complex has a swimming pool, a playground, and a tennis court. What a great stay we had! Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. The place has a shopping nearby and a lot of restaurants and all kind of stores. Everything was very clean and the staff was great!

The studio has all the amenities, a good bed, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was also well equipped and the WI-FI and TV worked well in our studio. BE casa Rivas seems to be well cared, and in good condition. You can park the car outside without any cost and there are several places to do so. It is near a shopping centre and retail park. By car you are 25min from Warner park and 25min from Madrid centre. If you drive an EV, you have places to recharge your car very near.

The location was excellent. The apartments and the complex were brilliant. All in all a very good place to stay especially if going to a concert as the venue is a 20min walk away. The pool perfect and easy location. Dogs are also allowed on the complex and they even have a dog spa available. Highly recommended.
