One of the best apartments I've ever been to. Roomy, comfortable, modern, well equipped. Everything works the way it's meant to be. Direct seaview. 10 seconds walk to the beach, 20 seconds to the next minimarket and even the historic dockyard (my purpose for the visit) is in walking distance if you want to take that time - about an hour. An extremely friendly and helpful host. Very specific arrival instructions beforehand. Thank you very much for an extraordinary stay that was far too short.

    Nigel was the perfect host, provided clear instructions, on location, accessibility, and appliances etc. The apartment exceeded my expectations; Spacious, and tastefully decorated and furnished. Both living room and bedroom had a balcony, an added bonus! Excellent location, on the High Street. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc on your doorstep. Cosham Railway station and bus stops 3 minutes walk with regular buses and trains into central Portsmouth, Southsea and the Hard.

    The flat was clean and tidy. Perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. And a good price for the week. Ideal for touring around by car or train. Cosham has plenty of places for eating and decent selection of shops.

Excellent information pack to assist guests to operate various appliances etc. Great to have lift access and a parking space if needed. Excellent host communication.     A large, tasteful, well appointed 1 bedroom flat with comfy leather furniture and Smart TV. Good location right next to Cosham railway station. On the high street, but surprisingly quiet. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. A home away from home.
