Location was quiet yet only ten mins walk into centre Melrose. Very nice apartment, nicely decorated & lots of space. Had everything we needed! Sofa bed was great as the spare room double was a bit too cozy for our two older teens to share comfortably. Really good instructions from the owner. The videos were a great idea!

Our group of 5 adults had the pleasure of staying one night in this charming caravan and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was—the entire space felt fresh and well-maintained. It was the perfect setup for our short getaway, offering just the right amount of comfort without feeling cramped. What really made the experience stand out were the thoughtful touches we didn't anticipate. The hosts had stocked the kitchen with fresh milk, bread, and even a coffee machine ready to go, which was a lifesaver for our early morning start. We also found tea bags, sugar, and some basic condiments, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast without needing to run to the store. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was equally pristine, with plenty of hot water. Overall, this caravan provided fantastic value for our stay. It's ideal for groups looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. We'd definitely book again—highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

It was so comfortable, plenty of room, loved waking up to seeing the sheep grazing. Judith our tour guide was great as was Evalyn the head housekeeper who showed us to our suite.

A great apartment, the balcony was lovely to sit and have breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and it’s only about a 5 minute drive to the centre so a really good location. The hosts were really friendly and approachable. We would not hesitate staying here again. Thank you!

Parking across the road from the apartment. Appreciated the generosity of our host milk juice and fruit for us. The bed was very comfortable with blockout blinds to darken the room. Availabilty to watch Netflix

Very helpful and informative host 😃 beautiful, well equipped apartment. We only stayed 1 night before our flight as it was an easy drive to Edinburgh airport. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and comfortable.

I think this is one may be of the best apartment of Scotland. First, the owner of the apartmant was very kind, and he gave us many small gifts. In the fridge there were orange juices and many delicius foods, for example chocolates, chips and more drinks. It was professonaly equipped and we had ipads and a big TV with extras. I also liked the big space what this beatiful apartman has and the bathroom: there was everything what you just can imagine.

A really lovely and well equipped apartment. We liked that it was very clean, Kelvin the host gave clear instructions for getting in, and that cooking essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper were provided. It’s a very cool apartment!

This is an amazing flat.We had never been in a flat with all that technology eg the heating comes on when you enter,lights come on when you move around the apartment and we were joking that Kel is in fact a very advanced AI bot.He messaged us with very informative and easy to follow instructions eg where to park,how to get the keys from the lock box,how to open the doors,wifi code etc.The flat is so comfy and cosy and well stocked with all you'd need for a stay and more!Kel left us fruit,OJ,chocolate etc,all very thoughtful.
